If you are experiencing problems with any of your Galaxy Audio equipment, we are more than happy to fix the problem. Please download and fill out the PDF or Word Document below and email it to email@example.com.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with your RMA number and instructions for sending in your return. In the meantime, prepare a brief letter describing all of the problems you are having along with anything you noticed leading up to the decision to send your item to our Service Department. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to get your item returned to you promptly.
