I’m a big fan of these mics. I’m the sound chair of a medium size community theater in Royal Oak, Michigan.
We have been buying points source mics, almost exclusively, at the recommendation of our local supplier, and, while they sound great, they are constantly getting damaged cables, and popping and have to be disposed of – and of course, replaced.
They’ve upped their prices to a point that had me researching options.
I can across these and thought I’d give them a try. The cost and specs line up with my needs.
These have far exceeded my expectations. The sound is superior and I’m very excited that they come with spare cables as that’s the most damaged part.
I’ve now ordered seven of them and am using them all in a production of fiddler.
I’m confident and I bought my last point source Lavalier and as those break, I’ll be replacing them with these
